FPD TV shipments in India doubled in 1Q11, says DisplaySearch

TV shipments in India continued to grow in the first quarter of 2011, with the 2011 Cricket World Cup taking place in India. According to the DisplaySearch, the total TV market in India for the first quarter was 3.7 million units, accounting for 41.5% of the Asia Pacific TV market.
