India not satisfied with peformance of Indo-US High Tech Group

New Delhi, Jul 11 : Expressing dissatisfaction over the performance of the Indo-US High Technology Cooperation Group (HTCG), Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao today said the forum was expected to facilitate tangible and concrete steps within a bilateral framework.
