Construction, Engineering Services, Housing and Common Amenities Minister Wimal Weerawansa said Western forces are well aware that the country will move forward in another 10 years under the leadership of President Mahinda Rajapaksa, it will turn into a powerful country in the South Asian region which cannot be turned back again.
