Man hurt in shophouse fire

A MAN was injured in a fire that raged in a Little India shophouse for more than an hour yesterday evening. Fire engines and ambulances from the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) arrived on the scene just before 7pm, after being alerted to the fire at 6.50pm.
