Mumbai blasts result of intelligence failure: Raja

Tiruchirapalli, Jul 16: Communist Party of India (CPI) National Secretary D Raja today said the Mumbai bomb blasts cleary indicated the 'total failure' of the country's intelligence and threw a big question mark on the internal security.
